Nestled in the woods in Tahoe National Forest, Christmas Tree Vineyard Lodge offers a rustic mountain retreat for snow enthusiasts and summer adventurers alike. Their are the headquarters for year-round recreation in the Sierra Nevada. Visitors from all around the globe choose the Lodge for their vacation. Six ground floor rooms, each with a queen bed and private bath. Hearty country breakfasts are made with the freshest ingredients and served daily. Confluence Trail is a 3.5 mile out and back trail located near Auburn, California that features a river and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and mountain biking and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
Tahoe Paddle & Oar offers top-end kayak and paddleboard rentals along with guided tours and a full paddlesport retail store with everything you need to get you paddling.
This campground is set in a cedar and pine forest overlooking the reservoir, which provides opportunities for swimming, fishing, kayaking and boating under 10 mph.
