Placer County Heritage Trail – Gold Drift Museum

Visit the best-preserved Gold Rush town in Placer County. View exhibits of nearby towns, hydraulic mining, the railroad, the Towle Brothers Lumber Company, the Maidu, and Chinese communities. A large collection of historic photographs will help you experience Dutch Flat in its heyday. Guided walking tour of Dutch Flat at 10:00 am, bring a hat and water. Gold Rush songs Sing-Along at 1:00 pm. Open House at a couple of the original buildings in town including the Oddfellows Hall and the Schoolhouse/Community Center from 1:00pm – 3:00pm.
