The North Lake Tahoe Historical Society has operated the cabin as a living museum featuring century-old furnishings and accessories.
Located right on the lakefront of Lake Tahoe.
Easy access to parking.
The cabin showcases Tahoe history, from the Washoe people through the logging and mining eras and the establishment of the tourism industry at Lake Tahoe.
The campus will ultimately include a welcome center, educational space, and administrative offices in the Log Lodge, as well as a gallery building, a boat shop, a collection storage facility, and maritime sculptural gardens.
