The owner of Fire Sign Cafe, Bob Young, has stated many times over the years, “if we can’t find a product we like, we will just create our own.” This concept has fueled their menu, and is why they make almost everything from scratch! In addition to the restaurant they also have their Annex coffeeshop, which is open to the public on their busy days. If they get busy, you can get a cup of coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice or latte while you wait for a table in the restaurant.
