The inaugural Tour de Lincoln was held May 2002, sponsored by the Lincoln Volunteer Center, beginning as a benefit bike ride, and growing to over 600 cyclists participating. The Tour offers a wonderful day of riding the scenic back roads of Lincoln and South Placer County. Great updated routes this year!

The Mayors Cup Challenge is a golf tournament organized by the City of Lincoln Recreation Department. Proceeds from the tournament benefit youth programs offered by the Recreation Department and have helped reach thousands of youth in aquatics, youth sports, classes, after school care, and camps.
