The need to serve as a custodian of such a significant building was a driving force during renovation, as was an intense sensitivity to maintaining as much of the original fabric and patina as possible. Their menu offers a wide selection of delicious entrees from burgers to fried chicken, Barley Mushroom Risotto and more.
