Each week, we open our doors for an informal gathering of makers, neighbors, and friends. Bring your own project and work in the company of community. We offer the space, hot mugs of tea, and light snacks to enjoy. Craft Club is a chance to slow down, connect with new people, and enjoy making side by side—no pressure or perfection, just process. Everyone is welcome.

The Auburn Symphony presents Masterworks III Strauss & Tchaikovsky! We welcome back soprano Carrie Hennessey for Strauss’s gorgeous Four Last Songs, paired with Tchaikovsky’s powerful Symphony No. 5. These are two of Maestro Murrays’ all-time favorite works, and they will leave a lasting impression.

 This is your chance to experience a new work in progress before it premieres and contribute to its development. On-script performances by actors are lively, often with some blocking and representative costume pieces. Patrons’ imaginations paint the production elements as the quality actors bring the work to life with their voices and characterizations. This is your chance to support local talent and make a difference in the development of a new work.

The Art Retreat at The Flower Farm offers a three-day immersive experience designed to nurture creativity, relaxation, and artistic growth in a serene natural setting. Participants will enjoy two engaging sessions daily, 2½ hours each. Led by six accomplished local artists, the retreat provides hands-on guidance across a variety of media including watercolor painting, sculpture, wet felting, and drawing.

In this hands-on workshop, students will learn the basics of beading and jewelry assembly while creating a beautiful, wearable pair of brass beaded hoop earrings. Instructor Teresa Gibson of Creature of Habitat will guide participants through foundational techniques, from working with beads and findings to beading, assembling, and finishing a matching pair.

The Auburn Symphony presents the Season Finale: Saint-Saëns: The Organ Symphony! Every year, the Auburn Symphony invites you to travel “down the hill” with us to the acoustically spectacular venue, the Robert & Margrit Mondavi Center for the Arts at UC Davis. On this grand stage, we present larger orchestral works bringing in special guests, choirs, and other unique programs. We’ll wrap up the season in grand fashion at the Mondavi Center, with two audience favorites: Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 2, featuring Parker Van Ostrand, a Young Artists Competition winner, and Saint-Saëns’ Organ Symphony. The acoustics at Mondavi make this an unforgettable experience every time. A bus is available for transport to and from Auburn (the Auburn Public Library parking lot at 350 Nevada Street, Auburn) for guests who would like to sit back and enjoy the ride with no parking hassle! Bus departs at 1:00 pm.
