Over the years we have made many improvements to the grounds and the buildings to better meet the needs of our community. We realize that the area is growing at a rapid rate, and the number of properties available for rental are minimal.
@ the Grounds formaly the Placer County Fair and Events Center offers buildings ranging in size from 2,000 to 11,000 square feet. We are also proud to have large outdoor areas, stages, barns, show rings, grandstand, concession stands, and RV spaces available for your use.
